5. Support tiers

Self-managed (Starter — £49/mo): The client manages their store independently using the provided admin portal. We provide access to documentation, onboarding guides and the platform itself. No ongoing support is included beyond critical platform bug fixes. Support requests may be directed to our email but are handled on a best-efforts basis with no guaranteed response time.

Limited support (Growth — £99/mo): Includes email support, typically responded to within 2 working days, one scheduled monthly check-in call (30 minutes), and minor content updates up to a total of 2 hours per month. Minor updates include adding/editing products, updating opening hours, amending menu items or similar low-complexity tasks. This does not include new feature development, design changes or third-party integrations. Response times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand, planned leave or public holidays.

Priority support (Pro): Includes a single point of contact for your account, priority response typically within the same or next working day, monthly strategic review calls and a negotiated number of development hours per month as agreed in your contract. Priority uptime monitoring and best-effort response is provided at this tier. Response times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand, planned leave or public holidays.

Support is provided during UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding UK public holidays.

6. Data migration

  • Format and accessibility of existing data
  • Third-party platform being migrated from

We will provide a written estimate before migration work commences. Whilst we take all reasonable care during migration, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of migrated data and recommend the client retains their own backup of all existing data prior to migration.
